2009 CENTURION Awards Reception | Exclusive Pre-Convention Breakout Sessions | Easter Seals Contribution & Awards

 

The CENTURY 21® International Awards Program recognizes and rewards exceptional achievements of CENTURY 21 companies, offices, producers and teams all over the world through a variety of awards and designations. The culmination of these accomplishments is showcased annually at the CENTURY 21 International Convention.

International Awards Lounge
The International Awards Lounge is exclusive to the award categories listed below. Award winners are required to check in at the Lounge to obtain pertinent information outlining recognition and invitation-only event activities. The International Awards Lounge is intended to acknowledge excellence, and energize and assist award winners with the entire Convention experience.

The International Awards Lounge is designed for agents and eligible owners and managers who are awarded the following designations during the 2008 Award Year:
• International CENTURION® Award Winners
• CENTURION Offices (Eligible Owners and Managers)
• CENTURION Producers (Individuals and Teams)
• President’s Award Winners (US)
• Quality Service Pinnacle Offices, Individual Producers and Teams (US)
• Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame Members
• Top 10 Companies, Offices, Individual Producers and Teams (US)

Access to the International Award Lounge
First Time Access: In order to gain first time access to the International Awards Lounge, please present your International Convention badge to the security guard prior to entering. You will get your badge when you register on-site. Badges will not be mailed ahead of time this year in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Access During Convention: Please present your International Convention badge and recognition ribbons to the security guard each time you enter the International Awards Lounge. Note: The International Awards Lounge will be closed shortly prior to, and during all general sessions. The International Awards Lounge hours of operation will be posted in the On-Site guide.

No Guest Access: The awards room is designed exclusively for our International Award winners; therefore we will not be able to grant admission to guests of award winners. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Check-in Procedure for the International Awards Lounge
To help expedite the check-in procedure and ensure continuous quality service for award winners, there will be designated check-in areas for the following categories:
• International Award Winners (non-US)
• Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame Members
• Top 10 Award Winners
All other award winners should proceed to the general check-in area. Each area will be clearly identified with appropriate signage.

Benefits of Visiting the International Awards Lounge
Recognition Ribbons – As an award winner, you will receive a ribbon for each award category achieved. Recognition ribbons can be worn for the purpose of acknowledging your outstanding achievement as well as for access to the International Awards Lounge. Please note that awards ribbons will not be replaced if lost or misplaced. Award winners must pick up their own awards ribbons.

Networking Opportunities – The International Awards Lounge will be divided into three sections; one for check-in, one for networking and one for business. The networking area will have a casual, informal setting for networking and relaxing. The business area will have laptops so you can check and send e-mail.

Light Refreshments – Complimentary beverages and light refreshments will be provided at the International Awards Lounge throughout the duration of the Convention.

Convention Updates – Updated or revised Convention information will be available in the International Awards Lounge on a daily basis.

Rehearsal Schedules and Other Important Information – Handouts that will provide detailed information regarding the CENTURION Awards Reception, CENTURION Celebrations, exclusive breakout sessions and other activities throughout the Convention will be available in the Lounge.

Access to the Awards & Recognition and Events Department Staff – Our entire staff will be on-site to offer assistance, answer any of your recognition and events questions and provide you with printed materials pertaining to the 2009 Recognition and Events Programs.

2009 On-Site Registration
The International Awards Lounge will not have the capability to process on-site registrations or make badge revisions. The On-Site Registration area is designed for individuals who did not pre-register for Convention. The registration staff can also assist you with problems with your Convention package, badge changes and any other registration issues.

2009 CENTURION “Denim & Diamonds” Awards Reception – All owners of CENTURION Offices and Quality Service Pinnacle offices, as well as CENTURION and Quality Service Pinnacle producers and teams, will receive an invitation for the 2009 CENTURION Awards Reception. Invitations, including times and location, will be mailed a few weeks prior to Convention. Attendees under the age of 21 will not be admitted to the CENTURION Awards Reception.

Exclusive Pre-Convention Breakout Sessions
 
2100 Club & System Leaders Joint Session (by Invitation Only)
The CENTURY 21 System’s top broker/owners, Broker Council Presidents and National Brokers’ Communication Congress (NBCC) Representatives are invited to participate in a joint pre-convention meeting scheduled for Monday, March 9.  This special session will provide attendees the opportunity to network, share ideas with peers, and gain new insight for ongoing success along with updates on the latest tools, systems and programs.  Any company that earns a minimum of $6,250,000 in Adjusted Gross Commissions (AGC) in 2008 and all 2008 Broker Council Presidents and NBCC Representatives will be extended an invitation to attend this exclusive pre-convention session.  Keynote Speaker:    Stew Leonard, Jr., President, Stew Leonard's, America's Most Celebrated Food Retailer.

Top Agent Session (by Invitation Only)
This private, invitation-only event, held on Monday, March 9, will recognize our top producing CENTURY 21 sales professionals.  Our Masters-level, and above, sales associates are valuable assets to the CENTURY 21 System and this pre-convention session is exclusively created to acknowledge their successes. All agents achieving a minimum of $110,000 in Adjusted Gross Commissions (AGC) or 30 award units in 2008 will be invited to attend this top-agent session.  Keynote Speaker:  Peter Vidmar, Olympic Gymnast.

Easter Seals Contributions & Awards

The CENTURY 21® System has displayed unwavering commitment and dedication to Easter Seals for the past 30 years. This relationship, which began in 1979, continues to strengthen as it develops. The CENTURY 21 System is the charity’s leading all-time contributor. Throughout the years, the CENTURY 21 System’s efforts have raised more than $95 million for Easter Seals!

We are working to build upon this incredible fundraising momentum and continue to help children and adults with disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. CENTURY 21 System members hold many events throughout the year to benefit Easter Seals.

At the International Convention 2009, the CENTURY 21 System’s leading contributors to Easter Seals will be honored. The top fundraising CENTURY 21 company in each region will be acknowledged, and the top 21 will be recognized on-stage for their exceptional fundraising efforts and dedication to Easter Seals. Join us as we pay tribute to these top fundraisers and introduce the 2009 Easter Seals national representative, who will share an inspiring story of how Easter Seals changes lives.

Easter Seals Awards and Recognition
Century 21 Real Estate LLC will recognize the top three companies from each service region that have donated funds for Easter Seals by awarding the Century 21 Real Estate LLC Easter Seals Award. The top three contributing companies from each region will receive an engraved trophy that will be presented at regional year-end awards banquets in 2009. Winners will be determined by contributions made to Easter Seals in the 2008 calendar year.

In addition to the personalized trophy, the following are also included in the Easter Seals Award program:

• A congratulatory letter from both the president of Century 21 Real Estate LLC and the president of Easter Seals

• An invitation for the number one company from each region and top 21 overall to attend the Easter Seals reception at International Convention

CENTURY 21 companies raising $1,000 or more for Easter Seals will be recognized as an Easter Seals Chairman’s Corporate Roundtable Member. Qualifying brokers will receive a letter of recognition from Easter Seals, a certificate of appreciation and special newsletters and communications throughout the year.
