Welcome Celebration – Sunset Station
The convention will kick off Monday evening, March 9, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with a welcome celebration that you won’t soon forget. Sunset Station is San Antonio’s premier celebration destination. Put on your cowboy hat, boots and spurs or favorite San Antonio-style attire, and join all of your colleagues at this rip-roaring event. Originally the magnificent 1902 Southern Pacific Railroad Depot, Sunset Station has been restored and developed into a world-class entertainment Mecca, complete with spectacular music, exceptional dining, and unique shopping. See old friends and meet new ones at this fun and memorable event.

Awards & Entertainment Event – “Denim and Diamonds”
Join your colleagues on Wednesday, March 11, for an evening of fun and excitement and awards. The evening awards celebration will include a variety of entertainment and we invite you to dress the part for the “Denim and Diamonds” themed event. Comedian Henry Cho will keep you laughing throughout the evening. You’ll be entertained by singer, actress and dancer Julianne Hough who is a two-time professional dance champion on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” and her single, “That Song in My Head,” is a top 20 hit. Last but not least, be amazed by Taylor Ware, 13-year old yodeler who was a top finalist on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” last summer. Be sure to dress the part for this “Denim and Diamonds” themed event. This is sure to be an evening to remember.

Franchise Administration Note
The International Convention is the ideal time and place to renew your commitment to the CENTURY 21 System. After you learn about all of the exciting tools and new programs available as a CENTURY 21 System member, make a statement by renewing your association with this great organization. Also, if you renew your agreement at Convention, you’ll save too! To renew your agreement, or for more information, please contact your contract specialist in franchise administration or your business consulting director.

Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for daytime Convention events. For the Awards and Entertainment Evening, as well as the CENTURION® Awards Reception, a “Denim and Diamonds” theme is appropriate attire. The Welcome Reception, located at Sunset Station, will have a casual San Antonio-style theme, so put on your cowboy hat, boots and spurs or favorite San Antonio-style attire.

No Smoking Policy
All Convention events are designated non-smoking.

Badges
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint on the earth, badges will not be mailed this year. You will obtain your badge when you register onsite in San Antonio.

Admission to all Convention events is by official badge only. Please wear your badge at all times while attending the Convention. Personnel will be posted at entrances to all events and will not allow admittance without a badge. Invitations and tickets will be collected at the door for any event requiring them. Your name badge represents an admission agreement between you and Convention Headquarters. Badge switching or unauthorized transfer is a violation of this agreement and will subject your badge to confiscation. Please note: There is a $75 charge for replacing lost badges.

Book Sales
There will be book sales covering a variety of real estate topics and in some cases, authors will be on hand to sign copies of purchased books.

Cyber Cafe
A Cyber Café will be available for your personal use, which will be located in the registration area. As a courtesy to other attendees, we respectfully request you limit your time at the computers in the Cyber Cafe to 15 minutes.

Message Center
You can pick up written messages or leave them for other CENTURY 21 System members at the message center located near the registration counters. Phone messages will not be taken at the registration desk. It is recommended that phone messages be left at the attendee’s hotel.
