Airfare
Continue to check the Hotel & Travel section of the Convention portion of 21Online.com for updated airline information. We are in the process of negotiating discounted zone fares with major airlines and will post the information as soon as it’s finalized.
Discount airfares are now available!
The discounts vary by carrier and the particular fare type.
You cannot use any other online travel portals (i.e. Travelocity, Kayak, Expedia etc.) to receive the discounts. You must go directly to the carrier site. Continental Airlines will apply an additional 3% discount on top of the negotiated fares when tickets are purchased on www.continental.com.
Book your flight online to avoid reservation transaction fees. Reservations made by phone will incur a $15.00 - $20.00 transaction fee. All discounts on reservations made by phone still apply.

Airport Shuttle Service
The information below and website are provided for your convenience. It is intended for transportation directly between San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and downtown hotels.
Please follow the directions below to complete your pre-registration. By pre-registering it will help to expedite the boarding process and provide a more accurate assessment of equipment requirements.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
ALL associates MUST pre-reserve their transportation. Please visit http://saairportshuttle.hudsonltd.net/res to pre-register and enter the Discount Code: 2009IBC. You must pre-register and pre-pay in order to receive the pre-negotiated rate. Shuttle tickets purchased at the airport will be at the standard non-negotiated price.
The following pre-negotiated rates apply:
One-way $15 (Standard Rate $18)
Round Trip $25 (Standard Rate $32)
Please be sure to fill in all the required information. Once you complete your reservation and submit, you will receive a confirmation. Please have your confirmation email printed in order to receive a boarding pass to board the shuttle. The confirmation/receipt must be presented at the SA Transit sales desk at San Antonio airport in order to receive your shuttle boarding pass. Sales agents will be onsite to assist.
ARRIVAL AT SAN ANTONIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
A SA Transit sales desk is located right outside baggage claim at each terminal. (There are only 2 terminals at SAT).
Please have your confirmation email printed in order to receive a boarding pass at the SA Transit sales desk to board the shuttle.
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE:
Shuttles run every 15 minutes from each terminal
Average timeframe from airport to downtown hotel is 30-35 minutes
RETURN TO SAN ANTONIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
You must call (210) 281-9900 24 hours prior to departure to confirm reservation for pickup at your hotel. Shuttle will pick you up 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.
MISC:
Shuttle holds approximately 12 passengers and only stops at downtown hotels.
Reservations can be changed and cancelled online. Office dispatch is available 24 hours each day – the number is (210) 281-9900. Pickups begin at 4:00 am and continue to 11:30 pm.

Special CENTURY 21 Convention rates have been negotiated at the San Antonio hotels listed below. Please consider these hotels first when booking your hotel room reservations. Our goal is to keep Convention registration fees as low as possible and yet deliver a variety of unique offerings, from food to speaker to educational options. We are able to do this when guests stay at the host hotels during the Convention. The cutoff date for these special rates is Monday, January 26, 2009, so make your reservations early! Reservations made after the contracted block is sold out or after Monday, January 26, 2009 will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Reservations can be made online or by calling one of the following hotels directly. Hotel descriptions and contact information can be found below.
